Our Peer Review Committee Consultants don’t just write Behavioral (BTP) Plans, they are also available to stay with the team after. They can train Group Home Managers, attend Person-Center Service Plans (PCSPs), and stay involved all year to make renewals a breeze!

Our mission is help staff and members thrive not just through creating plans, but by being part of the oversight of them throughout the year. We want to see united teams that thrive and uplift the members we support.

Our focus is on helping members find their best lives as well as helping the individuals that support them have the confidence in the plans that they administer.

We don’t just write the plans and leave, we make suree that people are supported throughout the year. We give guidance on steps we can take to build up their team, as required.

Started by Carissa Goble, a Behavioral Plan Writer, who saw a need for greater support of DDD qualified members in Arizona. Group Home Managers often struggle to understand all of the Peer Review Committee regulations and how to write and maintain plans within their homes.

Our goal is to ensure that no one slips through the cracks by monitoring Members all year long for added support needs and making sure that the group home feels confident in the way they assist the Members they support.
