Our Peer Review Committee (PRC) Consultant will work with your guardian, Group Home Manager, and the rest of the team to create a Behavioral Plan, collect signatures, submit the plan, and ensure final PRC approval of your BTP (Behavioral Treatment Plan).

This package comes after the Behavioral Plan is written. It’s a monthly fee that includes the PRC Consultant attending all PCPS as well as the cost of the resubmission of the plan.

If at any point in the year a need for more support is required, members can switch between this package and the “Part of the Team” Package featured.

This comes after the initial Behavioral Plan is written and is designed to make sure members with challenging behaviors get the added support they need throughout the year and to continue to monitor their behaviors and adapt/grow the plan as needed.

The price of this includes:

• All expenses associated with renewals

• Mid year plan changes (for example, PRC meeting and adding administration surrounding adding a rights restriction PRC review mid year)

As well as two one-hour time chunks each month that can be used for the following:

• Group Home Manager Check-ins and Training (have notes sent to show PRC compliance with Behavioral Plan monitoring)

• ART/CFT Meetings

• Group Home Visits

• DTA Visits and/or Additional DTA Training

• Technical Assistance Meetings

• Extensive Change Add On (such as adding a Rights Restriction or developing new Alternative Behaviors)

  • This can include bringing the plan through the system stages of PECS

This is an hourly rate for all Peer Review Consultant Needs, this includes, but is not limited to:

• Additional Time Required beyond the Part of the Team Package

• Training and Mentoring Internal Behavioral Plan Writers and direct coaching with Group Home Owners
