Carissa Goble has been writing Behavioral Plans since 2023 and volunteers for the Peer Review Committee. She founded For the Members Consulting, LLC to help ensure that members would not fall through the cracks of the system by making sure that their plans are written with care, focused on who each individual is, and monitored for the ongoing success of that individual.


We work with Group Home Owners who own just a few Group Homes to help ensure their compliance with the Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) guidelines and to ensure their plans continue to remain compliant with the Peer Review Committee (PRC) oversight.
