This comes after the initial Behavioral Plan is written and is designed to make sure members with challenging behaviors get the added support they need throughout the year and to continue to monitor their behaviors and adapt/grow the plan as needed.
The price of this includes:
All expenses associated with renewals
Mid year plan changes (for example, PRC meeting and adding administration surrounding adding a rights restriction PRC review mid year)
As well as two one-hour time chunks each month that can be used for the following:
Group Home Manager Check-ins and Training (have notes sent to show PRC compliance with Behavioral Plan monitoring)
ART/CFT Meetings
Group Home Visits
DTA Visits and/or Additional DTA Training
Technical Assistance Meetings
Extensive Change Add On (such as adding a Rights Restriction or developing new Alternative Behaviors)
This can include bringing the plan through the system stages of PECS
